PVA’S RESPONSE:
The Approach taken was to work with their existing systems, such as SAP, and augment those systems as required through the implementation of a customized Management Operating System. Both training and on-the-job coaching were provided to all Front Line Managers and Managers to optimize their use of all of their systems and to increase their levels of active supervision. Specifically, the results would be achieved through:

Some of the results that our Client achieved were the following:
PERPETUATION OF RESULTS:
Collaboration continues between PVA and this Client as they transition from the project implementation phase to the follow-up phase. Visits and coaching continue with the trained internal resources who are now the driving force behind sustaining the project results. Audits are occurring and they will provide the feedback required to closely monitor the behavioral changes and performance results. PVA will also conduct audits in order to support their Management Operating System compliance and a successful implementation of their Continuous Improvement Program.

- increasing daily communication and the awareness of variances
- installing capacity planning tools to accurately plan the daily and weekly tasks
- improving the awareness and utilization of hours spent on all departmental activities
- improving the setting of expectations and follow-up on work completion

Some of the results that our Client achieved were the following:
- improvements in their % efficiencies (actual hours per project or activity)
- improvements in their % total productive hours (vs. total hours worked)
- improvements in their % projects gated on schedule
- improvements in their levels of active supervision
