PRIORITY OBJECTIVES:
To train and develop the client’s Management Team to lead and involve their employees more in the implementation of improvements. Their enhanced leadership skills would then translate directly into an improved team performance. Their desire was to focus particularly on communication-based improvement opportunities and to implement approved initiatives.
PVA’S RESPONSE:
To provide Supervisors and Managers with the appropriate leadership training and improved management elements to better monitor and control their processes. Ultimately, the results would be realized by:
PROJECT RESULTS:
As a result our Client achieved a 300% improvement in their pro-active supervision levels, while administrative time was significantly reduced. In addition, they improved their overall communication in the Mill through the clarification of roles and responsibilities at all levels and through the implementation of key communication exchanges.

Perpetuation is being realized through PVA’s on-going partnership with this company. They continue to be committed to providing training and development for their key people through additional training projects and through their on-going commitment to their system utilization and compliance.
