To install a customized Management Operating System that would be used to better plan, execute and follow-up on work attainment. In addition, the Supervisors and Managers received training and coaching to better manage and control their processes. In particular, they focused on:

Perpetuation is being supported through the on-going partnership between PVA and this company. PVA is conducting audits in order to support management system compliance and a successful implementation of their Continuous Improvement Program.

- an improvement in selling activity within their Stores
- an improvement in productivity within their Distribution Center
PVA’S RESPONSE:
To install a customized Management Operating System that would be used to better plan, execute and follow-up on work attainment. In addition, the Supervisors and Managers received training and coaching to better manage and control their processes. In particular, they focused on:
- enhancing the standards and setting new expectations within the Warehouse
- improving the Sales Representative’s weekly planning activities
- redefining the Store Manager’s role as one of setting challenging expectations, following up on results and removing obstacles to the sales process
PROJECT RESULTS:
Some of the results that our Client achieved were:
- a 45% increase in sales activity per Sales Representative (calls per day)
- a 167% productivity improvement (pieces per man-hour)
